Location

As the sun sets, make your way from ground level through the narrow catacombs right into the “inner sanctum” of the Pyramids and underground chambers carved into solid rock. Join our trained guide to explore each gallery and learn about the remarkable final resting place of the Kings and Queens of ancient Egypt. Life-like, recreated scenes within the Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens showcase an elaborate setting of hieroglyphic engraved walls, mummified remains and unique alabaster treasures. Encounter colossal stone statues, elaborately decorated rooms, gold and gem encrusted jewellery and immense gilded coffins as your Guide explains the mysterious beliefs, customs and rituals used to ensure safe passage to the Afterlife.
