Can I store luggage?

• Yes, there is luggage storage available, fees apply

Can we hire a stroller/wheelchair/mobility scooter?

• Strollers, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for hire at the Dreamworld Guest Services Office right next to Front Entry. You’ll be required to present your drivers' license or some other form of identification upon hire. Fees apply

Is there a Smoking Policy?

• Queensland's anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking within four metres of any entrance to a building or in children's play areas. Dreamworld is a smoke-free environment however, designated smoking areas have been provided. You can find out where on the Park Map, we thank you in advance for your cooperation

• All visits must occur on the same day of entry. Standard general admission terms and conditions apply.
• If you have a Companion Card: One free entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a ticketing counter and you will be issued a free entry ticket
• If you have a Carers Card: One discounted entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a ticketing counter and you can purchase a ticket at a discounted rate
• You may get asked to present some form of ID to prove your child is under 3 years old to enter free of charge
• Tickets are valid for use up to and including 19 April 2026 only
• Entry to any or all of the parks MUST be completed within the same day of redemption
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Discount admission ticket holders must produce an Australian Government issued pension, disability, seniors, or veteran affairs card to gain entry (Discount admission does not include students)
• No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into Dreamworld, including alcohol
