• Upon completion of purchase guests will receive a voucher with instructions to redeem tickets online
• Redeem your voucher online prior to your visit to save time at the gate!
• You have 12 months from the date of purchase to redeem your voucher
• Your pass will be valid for use for 7 days from the day of first visit

• Closed on ANZAC Day (25th April) and Christmas Day (25th December)

WhiteWater World

• WhiteWater World is a seasonal park and is not open daily. Please check the website for opening hours before you purchase.
• Closed on ANZAC Day (25th April) and Christmas Day (25th December)

SkyPoint Observation Deck

*Closure due to events. SkyPoint occasionally hosts private events during which the Observation Deck, including Bistro+Bar, is closed to the general public.

• Usual operating hours 7:30am-9:00pm 7 days a week.
• Closed on Christmas Day (25th December)
• After 8pm, SkyPoint becomes an over 18’s venue. Smart dress code applies & 18+ ID required
• Closing time may vary subject to demand. SkyPoint reserves the right to change operating hours at any time
• Last entry to the deck is 30 minutes prior to closing time
• SkyPoint Bistro + Bar is open for breakfast between 7:30am-10:30am. All day dining available from 11am

Terms And Conditions

• You have 12 months from the date of purchase to redeem your voucher
• Tickets will be valid for 7 days from redemption date
• Any cancellation of this ticket will incur a 100% Cancellation Fee
• Upon completion of purchase guests must redeem their ticket within 12 months from date of purchase
• Family tickets are valid for 2 adults and 2 children
• Not valid with any other offer
• Children under 3 years are entitled to free admission in Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck
• Does not include access to special events conducted outside park trading hours, including but not limited to; SkyPoint Climb, or ticketed events unless otherwise specified
• Upon receiving your ticket it is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable
• Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck reserve the right to close rides/attractions as required
• No upgrades available
