How It Works

• Local Annual Passes must be activated before the barcode expiry date listed on your ticket Passes will be valid for 12 months from redemption date
• Local Annual Passes price & usage applies to QLD and Northern NSW (post codes 2450-2490) residents only. Proof of residency required upon entry
• You will need to collect your Annual Pass in exchange of your voucher prior to the expiry date listed on your voucher
• You can collect your Annual Pass at the front entry on the first day of arrival

SkyPoint Observation Deck

• Sun, Mon, Wed, Thur 7:30am - 6:30pm | Fri-Sat 7:30am-7:30pm
• CLOSED Tuesday.
• Closed on Christmas Day (25th December)
• After 8pm, SkyPoint becomes an over 18’s venue. Smart dress code applies & 18+ ID required
• Closing time may vary subject to demand. SkyPoint reserves the right to change operating hours at any time
• Last entry to the deck is 30 minutes prior to closing time
• SkyPoint Bistro + Bar is open for breakfast between 7:30am-10:30am. All day dining available from 11am

• Any cancellation of this pass will incur a 100% Cancellation Fee
• You will need to collect your Annual Pass in exchange of your voucher prior to the expiry date listed on your voucher
• Not valid with any other offer
• Children under 3 years are entitled to free admission in Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck
• Does not include access to special events conducted outside park trading hours, including but not limited to; Park after Dark, SkyPoint Climb, Salsa Under the Stars, Melbourne Cup at SkyPoint or ticketed events unless otherwise specified
• Upon receiving your pass it is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable
• Lost/stolen passes will incur a $5 reprint processing fee at time of re-issue
• Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck reserve the right to close rides/attractions as required
• No upgrades available

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
