Terms and Conditions

• QT Digital Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars only and can only be used at participating hotels located in Australia.

• QT Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed for full or part payment for both accommodation and/or food & beverage services.

• Customers may make an accommodation reservation at a Participating Hotel by either calling the hotel directly or online via www.qthotels.com.

• All accommodation reservations require a valid credit card number to guarantee and confirm the reservation. Room subject to availability at point of making reservation.

• QT Digital Gift Cards cannot be used for pre-paid bookings or bookings charged back to an agent.

• QT Digital Gift Cards will need to be presented to hotel upon check-in.

• QT Digital Gift Cards sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• QT Digital Gift Cards will expire on the date indicated.

• Limit of 10 x QT Digital Gift Cards can be purchased by an RACQ member in one transaction.

• Any unused value will not be refunded or credited after expiry date. Treat this QT Digital Gift Card like cash, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

• QT Digital Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

• 15% applies to the purchase price of the egift card
